I am also interested in business law and I like to work in a large law firm business transactions and litigation management, but I'm sure if I'll be able to get into a top law school. If I had to do exceptionally While in law school, could still get a job at a big company? I am also fascinated by the criminal law and want to process with the understanding that I would make my own business later. But I guess I get a good life would be difficult to start your own business. I am a sophomore in college and I need help!
In the U.S., to become a lawyer, if you go to school full time: 1) Bachelor – four years from a traditional university or university. 2) Study for the final. Take LAST. 3) Faculty of Law – three more years of study. 4) for Bar Exam. Taking the Bar in the state in which you want practice. 5) Pass the character and fitness evaluation. Then you can practice law. BUT …….. 6) You still have to continue taking classes / seminars, etc. for CEUs to maintain their license to practice law. (You are not done with school!) Choosing a career is one of most important decisions of life. The Profession Legal is changing dramatically and is in crisis! Each year, more and more people graduate from law school, but there are fewer and fewer jobs. Even firms largest law and good reputation are experiencing unprecedented reductions. I do not expect the situation to improve in the coming years ….. Be aware of what you propose to get in himself. Please do more research first. Reminder: We are in a global recession. Consider career paths are available jobs .<<<<< Warning> Working in the field of Law are drying up fast! This is not a good field to invest time and / or money. This is a contraction, in ruins, and dying career field. For many reasons. Now we have computers. Thus, many people today (mistakenly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the Internet. In addition, there are plenty of companies out there making software very effective legal scope of the law. Attorneys graduates today tend to be very computer savvy, so just do the work themselves to save themselves the cost of overheads. Moreover, the "public" legal purchase of this software in order to obtain legal work done without the cost of a lawyer. Also, simply and as legal professionals too – we have an over all! ( "The legal profession" includes, but is not limited to: Attorneys, Attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, bailiffs, stenographers, etc, etc) legalzoom.com Sites like working led to many small-time lawyers / attorneys would. The field of law has a mystique that actually exceeds reality. The field of law is a very overrated career – mostly on television. There many myths regarding the scope of the Law: work as a lawyer is mentally challenging (Actually, most of the work as a lawyer involves routine paperwork: research, quote control, drafting documents, and reviewing documents. Attorneys need to write and track every activity they do, all day [6 and increases 15 minutes, depending on the billing system] – a difficult task, but necessary), being a lawyer is exciting, powerful and glamorous (remember: television fiction – fiction lawyers on TV are actors – most of the work that a lawyer does not occur in a courtroom), students right, because I think they are good on the ground that will become a great lawyer (actually being a lawyer is bigger in the ability to mediate among different sides and taking them to an agreement), as an attorney who can correct the injustices (in fact, judicial decisions are to make compromises on the wrong front right), guaranteed financial success (in fact, when comparing salaries, it is also necessary to take into account the cost of living expenses [more law firms large are in big cities - the largest in the city, the cost plus the cost of living will be] the payment of the debts accumulated while attending the law school, and the time needed to build a customer base. Many large law firms require a lawyer to work 60-80 hours per week) .. Cost of Law School be a lawyer, about $ 150,000 +. Be prepared to take a large amount of debt .<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< No work in this professional field. My family, coworkers, friends, communications, exchanges, etc. are sitting to the left and right in this professional field. Employers (usually law firms) in the field of Law today want employees with degrees from traditional colleges and universities. The "certificates" you'll find not worth the paper they're printed on – are usually scams. (I discovered this the hard way). In addition, the program of the Faculty of Law must be accredited by the American Bar Association – if not, you're wasting your time / money. Even when you finish law school, you will not be able to find a job when finished. From this career field is shrinking, many new lawyers / attorneys are, themselves, have to work "down" as paralegals paralegals, legal secretaries, bailiffs, stenographers, etc., etc., just try to keep some bills paid <
