What is the greatest financial risk for investors?
Common equity or convertible debt
Equity is the greatest risk. Debt positions are at the top of the food chain "for reimbursement if the company goes bust, equity positions is the people / owners of the institutions. If a company goes bankrupt, the landlord is usually not offset by other assets / accounts payable and bank accounts, whatever, but people who owe money (forks debt) are.
