Why are Oilco are ref'ys Oilco buyback instead of building new oil drilling or the existing contracts?

"The economic logic rather than when low education or training people in how to make wise investments. Oilco are buying back shares ref'ys rather than building new or oil extraction. Now why is that? Queation Thiwa my original, but the censors (ie YAT) prohibits ask Q's in that format!

I can not believe some people still do not understand. The refinery is fun. The first argument you hear is that "have not built a refinery in 40 years" Well, do not know if I looked but have not built a loom, or a shoe factory or a lot of other things here for a long time. For the same reason. It is cheaper there than here. The multinational oil companies and that's going to get the refinery which makes the most money. As for drilling. Each drilling platform in the U.S. either existing or under construction is booked through 2013. This is one of those things where the popular belief in the real execution. The oil wells are not like a water faucet. Not only put a hole in the ground and sucking start and the oil is not in a huge underground cavern. It's in porous rocks and needs a lot of wells. Most wells produce only a few barrels of oil per day. Oil companies are buying back shares to concentrate wealth. You can sell fewer, more expensive actions to people getting richer and freeze the small investor.
